In recognition of 2018 National Hospice and Palliative Care Month, we would like to take this time to thank YOU for all of the hard work, dedication and care that you provide to patients on a daily basis.
Our entire Macy Catheter Team is proud to support our clinicians in an effort to provide an intervention to help support and facilitate the highest levels of patient care and comfort possible.
Our mission at Hospi is to not only empower clinicians to provide the highest level of care, but also to help guide the future of symptom management through a patient centric approach. We believe education is a key component to continuing to improve the care that is delivered throughout Hospice and Palliative Care.
Recently, our team was honored to partner with Ohio’s Hospice to produce an educational documentary: Ohio’s Hospice Experience with the Macy Catheter. This short video (approx. 5 min) provides a look into the journey of Ohio’s Hospice as they implemented the Macy Catheter across the organization. This resource includes honest first impressions and challenges/successes with adoption. I hope this is a helpful tool for you and your team.
