Speaker Bio: Lindsay Doak, MBA, is a seasoned leader in the industry; she has 15 years of experience leading strategy and growth initiatives in healthcare education, business intelligence, and patient satisfaction.
Lindsay’s role with includes spearheading the 2021 National Healthcare at Home Best Practices and Future Insights Study. She has extensive experience working on national studies, and she served as Co-Chair of the Phillips National Telehealth Study.
Lindsay has a passion for industry education, and she currently serves several state and national association education committees. Her past experience includes facilitating the creation of education platforms and certification programs by providing strategic direction to align programs and content offerings with current industry needs.
